100+morphine

Take that band. Tie up that ponytail. Lightly hop around to loosen those muscles in your legs. Close your eyes and take two steps back. Take a deep breathe. Continue to move your legs and start moving your arms around making sure the joints are not too stiff. Stop! Open your eyes and stare at the furthest point in this meadow. Now, focus all your energy to your legs for this exploding sprint. Run! Focus only at that furthest point. Keep that breathing regular and never slow down even for that split second.

For this once, be irresponsible. Ignore what is behind and take this step. Even when the legs are getting weak. Nothing stops till you reach that point.

Close your eyes. Catch your breathe. Focus on the sound of the nature. That free bird calling out to that caged man. That cool breeze caressing your skin. Slowly open up your eyes and allow the clouds to greet you. Watch them sway by to unveil that far away blue silk. Close your eyes again. Think nothing. The time has stopped. You can have all the moments you want now. Rest. Just rest enough.

I’ll just be here holding on to that 100plus for you.

I am trying to be that guy in there…..

Rebel’s Path – Walk On

An idea came up to me….Try picturing a scene where a path is surrounded by tall leafless trees. The scene is dark and disturbing. Only a very little amount of moonlight on a very few subjects.

Never has she tried catching her own breathe with that much effort. She could barely stand still anymore. Standing with her palms on her knees, she leans forward a little allowing herself to rest for that little while. As though she has been running for a long time, her legs could no longer be still. Flimsily she moves around and without resistance she falls on her rear. Sitting there, she continues to pant hard. Drops of sweat gushes down her cheeks and drips off her chin. Looking at her own knees and arms, she realizes that her vision is getting blur. Her hearing has become weak. A light tone sounded like a flying mosquito permanently resound in her mind as some voices began to fade away. These voices sounded like they were calling her out trying to save her but she could no longer hear them well.

She continues to pant and her sweat continues to gush down. She moves her eyes to look forward. Reflected from her eyes is a defined light. Her vision has become faint as she sees a blurred vision of light shining through a door. Standing by the door, there is a silhouette of a person; blurred. But she knows the person. By memory she sees a clearer vision. Suddenly she sees a gentle hand approaching her covering the sight of the silhouette person; offering to help her stand. She looked up and saw this figure of a kind woman in white with a sad smile on her face. The sight is faint but is true. She hesitated and started to push herself up again restlessly. Without strength, she gently pushes the helping hand away with guilt.

Gathering all the energy she has, she continues to walk forward again towards the light. It was her will that moved her.

Walk on…….Converse All Star.
